E-Mentoring Key Topic Overview - Now Available for Download

May 14th -- The Canadian Mentoring Partnership (CMP) is excited to share the first of our key topic overviews: E-Mentoring.

Click here to download the document.

The key topic overview is a helpful primer for mentoring service providers into background on e-mentoring, its benefits and challenges, an overview of current research in the field and key principles and practices and guiding questions for e-mentoring programs.

As e-mentoring is an emerging and growing field, the CMP needs your help to grow the evidence base, identify best practices, and strengthen the field.

In addition to the E-Mentoring Key Topic Overview, the Canadian Mentoring Partnership is in the process of developing a virtual mentoring platform accessible to Canadian mentoring practitioners that will be piloting mentoring relationships over the next two months.
