The Canadian Mentoring Partnership is teaming up with the European Center for Evidence-based Mentoring to host an International Power of Mentoring virtual project with youth ages 18-24 on Wednesday, June 3 from 10:00am – 11:30am EST. The 1.5 hour virtual project will include both large group skill-building activities and two rounds of facilitated 1:1 / small group career mentoring discussions leveraging Zoom’s virtual breakout rooms. Participating youth will have the opportunity to connect with at least two career mentors. The Canadian Mentoring Partnership will provide all career mentors and youth participating a conversation guide to support 1:1 / small group career mentoring discussions along with a pre-project guide with tips to consider in advance.
