The Canadian Mentoring Partnership engaged a panel of HR professionals and a hiring manager from Toronto Pearson for this Pathways & Perspective program which is part of our Power of Mentoring campaign across Canada. The panelists shared their career experiences and insights on how to prepare for and navigate a job search and succeed once hired early in one’s career. The project included a facilitated panel discussion followed with plenty of time for Q&A with young leaders ages 18-25 from across Canada.
