MENTOR Canada is teaming up with RBC's Future Launch & NextGen teams to host a virtual career mentoring event as part of the Power of Mentoring Campaign across Canada.

On October 26 from 3:00-4:30pm MT, we will engage RBC employee volunteers with young leaders ages 18+ in an experience designed to expand networks, skills, and access to career building opportunities.

Our event agenda includes:

• Welcome and overview of program
• Pathways & Perspectives panel discussion with RBC leaders
• Group-based skill development activities with mentors and young leaders focused on communications, collaboration, and critical/creative thinking
• Event debrief and resource sharing
